A one-off €149 on Starter and €249 on Professional and Enterprise. For that we configure your business fully, import existing clients and vehicles via CSV and train you in around 30 minutes on a video call.

Can I try LimoWo first?
Yes. After the demo we set up an account you can use free for 14 days, with no credit card. Only then do you decide.
What does the setup fee cover?
We configure your business completely: company details, drivers, vehicles and your invoice template. Existing clients and vehicles are imported via CSV. Plus around 30 minutes of training on a video call. You start with a populated system, not an empty screen.
How much does the annual plan save?
You pay for ten months and use twelve. That's €198 a year on Starter, €298 on Professional and €598 on Enterprise.
Can I cancel at any time?
On a monthly plan you cancel with effect from the end of the month. On an annual plan the remaining term runs out. You can request a full export of your data at any time.
What happens if I hit my limit?
We get in touch at 80% of your limit and you can upgrade at any time without losing data. In practice it rarely comes up: at 30 journeys a month, Starter's 250 gives you eight times the headroom.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, at any time. We charge the current month pro rata and move you to the lower annual rate.
Does invoicing work for Germany too?
Yes. LimoWo produces invoices for Austria with a UID and for Germany with a USt-IdNr., each with the correct tax rate.
Can my accountant access the data?
Yes. You can set up a separate login for your accountant or hand everything over by DATEV or CSV export.
