We caused the problem
in the first place.
LimoWo didn't come out of a corporation but out of a Vienna workshop. It exists because our websites for chauffeur companies worked rather too well.
First came the enquiries.
Then came the chaos.
At CKStudio we don't build business-card websites, we build pages that sell. For chauffeur companies that worked — in some cases rather too well. Suddenly enquiries were coming in that nobody had planned for.
And that was exactly where things broke. Not the driving — everything behind it. A spreadsheet for journeys, WhatsApp for drivers, Word for invoices. What holds up at five journeys a month collapses at fifty. Our clients simply couldn't keep up.
So I sat down and asked the chauffeurs what they actually needed. Not once, but over months. The answer was the same every time: software as simple as a smartphone. Not more features — less work.
More than a year of development, several prototypes, sharpened continuously with the operators themselves and with the accountants who receive the reports at the end. The result is LimoWo — built with the people who use it.

Enquiries rose — and the admin behind them didn't follow. Spreadsheets, WhatsApp and Word broke down exactly where business was going well.

I sat down with the chauffeurs and asked what they needed. Several prototypes, sharpened continuously with the operators and with accountants.
