Chauffeur software from Vienna

Less admin.
More road.

No more writing and sending invoices yourself, no more entering each journey by hand, no more chasing to find out whether your client has been told. Journey confirmed, driver on the way, journey completed — the emails go out on their own. LimoWo handles it in the background.

Sound familiar?

Most operators run three tools at once. Each one works. Together they make a system nobody has a proper view of.

Today

  • Journeys in a spreadsheet only you understand
  • Schedules in a WhatsApp group — changes get missed
  • Invoices in Word at night, hunting for the last number
  • Inspection and service dates on a note in the glovebox
  • Three evenings sorting receipts at year end

With LimoWo

  • Every journey in one place, visible to you and your drivers
  • Jobs land automatically in each driver's phone calendar
  • An invoice in five seconds, numbering runs itself
  • Deadlines remind you before they expire
  • DATEV export at the touch of a button for your accountant

A full year.
A full operation.

Let's not take a solo driver but a business that's genuinely busy: 250 journeys a month, corporate clients on consolidated invoices. Here's what a year looks like.

3,000 journeys a year · 4 minutes each200 hrs
1,800 invoices a year · 14 minutes each420 hrs
Less admin per year620 hrs
Equivalent working days of 8 hours78 days

Based on a busy operation: 250 journeys and 150 invoices a month — corporate clients are billed on consolidated invoices, which is why there are fewer invoices than journeys. The same sum scaled down: 70 journeys a month come to around 180 hours a year, and 30 journeys working solo still make roughly 80.

620 hours back.
Professional costs €1,490 a year.
That's €2.40 for every hour you don't spend at a desk.

An hour of S-Class chauffeuring starts at €130. So for the value of a single billed hour you get roughly 54 hours back — 78 working days you can spend driving, or not working at all.

Where are you right now?

The plans differ less in limits than in what you actually need.

Six things that cost you time daily.

Not a feature list to show off, but the work that genuinely comes up in a chauffeur business — and what LimoWo takes off your hands.

01

Dispatch

Type the pickup and destination, autocomplete suggests them — distance and journey time appear instantly, straight from Google Maps. No calculator, no guesswork, no argument with the client about the mileage.

02

Invoicing

A finished PDF invoice in five seconds, straight from the journey — compliant for Austria and Germany. Created means sent: it goes to your client by email automatically, PDF attached. Corporate clients with many journeys get a single consolidated invoice instead of ten separate PDFs. Fourteen minutes less per invoice.

03

Drivers

Every driver gets their own login and sees on their phone when and where they're due — jobs land automatically in Apple or Google Calendar. No more ringing each driver or posting in the WhatsApp group about who goes where.

04

Fleet

Servicing, maintenance intervals and inspection dates in one place. Every expense is assigned to a vehicle, so you can see in black and white which car pays for itself and which doesn't.

05

Bookkeeping

DATEV and Excel export at the touch of a button, ready for your accountant. Built with tax advisers who told us what they were missing.

06

Booking widget

A widget for your own website. Clients book directly with you and the price is calculated automatically — with no mention of LimoWo if you prefer.

07

Client records

You enter a client once. From then on you just pick them from the list — name, address and VAT ID are already there, and the invoice pulls everything from the profile automatically. No typing it twice, no typos on the invoice.

All features in detail

And this runs
while you drive.

Two automations that don't just save time — they actively bring you new clients.

  • Your client stays informed without you lifting a fingerConfirmed, cancelled, driver on the way, completed — an email goes out automatically at every step. No more “where is my driver?” calls.
  • Reviews collect themselvesAfter every completed journey, a link to your Google review page lands in the client's closing email. You never have to ask for a review again.

While other operators are busy begging for reviews, LimoWo collects them for you — automatically, after every journey, while the client is still happy.

More Google reviews means better visibility. And better visibility means more enquiries, without you doing a thing.

From the journey
to the paid invoice.

Four steps that today run through spreadsheets, WhatsApp and Word. In LimoWo they are four clicks — here is each one.

01

The journey is in the list

Hotel Sacher → Istanbul, €2,150, completed. Below it Salzburg → Vienna Airport and a run to Hamburg. You change the status straight in the row — pending, confirmed, en route, completed.

And on the far right every journey already carries its invoice button — once it exists, LimoWo shows “Vorhanden”.

02

The journey becomes the invoice

One click, five seconds. Number, tax rate and bank details are already there, and the client data comes from the profile. Created means sent — it goes out by email automatically.

The figures at the top tell you where you stand: 13 invoices, one paid, eleven open, none overdue. Due dates turn red, and reminders run in three stages on their own.

And the rest
of the business.

You've seen journeys and invoices above. This is what runs alongside — each area at a glance.
